Singulator
Singulator mainly consists of a scattering belt conveyor, a separation belt conveyor, and a visual recognition system. The scattering belt machine disperses and slightly distances the parcels transferred from upstream to both sides, after which the separating belt machine distances and lines up the parcels. Supporting seamless integration of various automated sorting equipment, compared to traditional logistics manual sorting operations, it can greatly reduce manpower investment and improve package processing efficiency. Mainly used to achieve fully automatic conveying and sorting of packages.
